Description

Ignaz Gaugengigl, known for both his fine paintings and fine manner, was an important member of Boston's art circles; this illustrated lecture by Dr. Erica E. Hirshler will explore painting in Boston through the work of William Morris Hunt, John La Farge, John Singer Sargent, Childe Hassam, Edmund Tarbell, and other contributors to the city's vibrant artistic scene.

Ticket purchase includes Museum admission for the day of the lecture. All tickets will be held at Will Call, and available for pickup at 2:30 p.m. the day of the lecture.

Tickets will not be mailed. A copy of the purchase order will be sent to you via e-mail. Visitors must present a copy of the purchase order and valid photo I.D. for pickup. Tickets are valid for one day only. Tickets are non-refundable.

*Please note the lecture is free for Flagler Museum Members at the Sustaining level and above. Tickets for Members at the Individual and Family levels are $10. If you are unsure of your Membership level please call the Member Services Department at (561) 655-2833 ext. 12.
