Why simply impress your guests when you can inspire them? There are many beautiful places in Florida, but only one is closely identified with American corporate history – Whitehall, the winter home of Henry Flagler, who was the creative mind behind the most profitable corporation in history, Standard Oil. In 1902, Flagler built his Gilded Age estate in Palm Beach overlooking Lake Worth. The 75-room Beaux-Arts palace was hailed in contemporary accounts by the New York Herald as “More wonderful than any palace in Europe, grander and more magnificent than any other private dwelling in the world…”

Hosting a private event at the Flagler Museum is a privilege of Corporate Membership, and the Museum has multiple spaces to consider for your company’s event. No matter the occasion, the Museum’s spaces offer an outstanding backdrop that will not only amaze your guests, but expose them to such an important part of America’s history. When you choose the Flagler Museum for your private event, you are also contributing to the preservation of this National Historic Landmark and continuing the legacy of corporate philanthropy created during America’s Gilded Age. For more information on Corporate Membership requirements as well as hosting a private event at the Museum, please contact the Member Services Manager.

- The Boardroom Suite -

The Flagler Museum restored three rooms on Whitehall's second floor, including rebuilding original walls and refurbishing original fixtures, to create a historic yet contemporary Boardroom Suite. In much the same way Whitehall originally combined modern technology with historic interiors, the Boardroom blends the old-world feel of the original home with modern day amenities.

In addition to the Boardroom, the intimate feel of the Study is the perfect setting for small meetings as it can be easily closed off from the rest of the areas for privacy, including an area for refreshments and beverage service as well as its own restroom.

The Yellow Room is a tasteful setting as a reception area for small groups, and is highlighted by decorative painted panels. This is a perfect space to host cocktails before a seated dinner in the Board Room, or it can also be closed off for privacy. The Yellow Room is located between the Boardroom and the Study. The Boardroom Suite also features a kitchen, bar, and pantry for food and beverage service for all of the above spaces.

Capacities:
Boardroom: 22 seated at table for meeting and/or meal
Study: 6 seated at table, 10 seated total
Yellow Room: 22 cocktail reception
