The Railcar 91 Tea Room hosts its tea service inside the Flagler Kenan Pavilion, which evokes the ambiance of a 19th-century Beaux-Arts railway palace. The Pavilion provides guests with a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Worth and the West Palm Beach skyline.
