However, patrons who do not purchase tickets 24 hours in advance will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Tea Service Tickets include Museum admission, gratuity, and tax.
Tickets will not be mailed. All tickets will be held for pickup on arrival at the Will Call admission kiosk. A copy of the purchase order will be sent to you via e-mail. Visitors must present a copy of the purchase order and valid photo I.D. for pickup. Tickets are valid for one day only. Tickets are non-refundable.
Please note: the Café serves a prix-fixe menu, no changes or substitutions are possible. Cancellation must occur within 24 hours of reservation.
